I had this company do a check up on my furnace and test the air ducks for air leaks. I got more than I expected for the price. Very smart of them to do all they did for a little over a hundred dollars because I will use them from now on. I did buy the duck sealing and the difference is noticeable and worth the $400 I spent. The people were very neat and professional.

Worth the call. My house is 16 years old and never cooled or heated properly before yet still I had outrageous utility bills. I had 4 companies give me estimates including the company that was servicing my units for three years. Magic Touch was the third company to come out and I knew within 30 minutes they were much more thorough than the first two. I still had one more company coming to my house to give me an estimate and I told them I wanted to talk to that company before I made a decision, the salesman was very polite and never pushy. Magic Touch was the only company that measured my whole house and asked questions I had never even considered. I checked them out with Trane, and the register of contractors and as they claim, no complaints against them ever. The work was done when they said it would be and without any surprise costs. They even repaired my ice-maker for me at no charge! My units work better than ever and are less "tons" than the old ones. My electric bill went down 60%. A++.
