Any good ratings is family owners. As the previous recent 2011 review says. The pizza is burned. I had to get my money back. I had them even remake before having to get my money back. They tried making excuses on the 2nd pizza that its the brick oven. Nobody likes eating a pizza where there's black on the bottom.  View Less View More

HORRIBLE!!. I had seen this restaurant a few times and was excited that they delivered. I decided to give them a try on Saturday night. I called and Lauren answered the phone. I was put on hold and a few minutes later someone picked up the line and then hung up on me. I called again and Lauren apologized and then took my order. I decided to go with one of the specialties which was the bruschetta pizza. I ordered a greek salad and a cannoli. I was told it would be about an hour. I was very pleased the delivery only took 45 minutes.

Heres the bad part: The pizza was awful! There was so many tomatoes loaded on that it completely soaked through the crust and the box. The raw garlic and onions on it was so overwhelming that I had to quickly remove it from my house and on picking up the box, the pizza fell through the bottom and all over the carpet. After cleaning up the huge tomato-y mess the best I could, I decided to try the salad - brown, wilted iceburg lettuce - yuck!

Basically - I paid close to $50 dollars for 1 piece of pizza, an old salad and a huge expensive mess on my carpet.  View Less

Terrible Customer Service. My wife had been raving about this place for a week or two, so we decided to get a pizza, salad and cannoli delivered...it was about 8pm this past Saturday night. They said it would be about 45 minutes to an hour and I agreed...that was fine, I was in no rush. My kids happened to call shortly after that--apparently that was the 15 minute window during which they tried to reach me, because they couldn't find the place (which is not hard to find). When I called wondering where my order was at 9:30 they said "We've been waiting for you to call, what do you want us to do with this, we've already charged your card." They said if I drove to pick it up, they'd comp the exact same order next time and they'd make me a new pizza ready by the time we got there. I drove down, not entirely happy, but not unhappy, I was still hungry for this pizza my wife had been raving about. I walked in and they told me they were closed, I said I just called and they said, "Oh, it's you." They were generally rude about the whole thing, I signed the receipt and it occurred to me that even though I drove down there I was still getting charged the delivery fee. No matter, I asked nicely, "Do I get some kind of voucher for the comp?" At that point an older man said, "Yeah, I'll give you 10% off your next order." That is not what they agreed to on the phone if I saved them the trouble of re-delivering the food they already charged on my card by driving there. I didn't even bother leaving my name to ge the "10%", they don't have to worry about me ever ordering there again. They were all incredibly rude and I left immediately. The pizza was alright and if they had kept their word, I'd probably have given them a second shot. The best pizza in the world can't make up for the way I was treated.  View Less View More
