All the reviews prior to Nov 2010 are for Ftness Dynamics and Fitness One. Metro Gym opened in their old location Nov 2010 and their bad reviews are stuck on our page.

BAD. this place was a f*cking nightmar never in my life have me and my spouse had to cancel our member ships more than once to find out that they remained open and we got charged hundreds of dollors. I had to cancel my cards pay a lawyer then stay broke for a few days now that they are canceled and went up in person to conferm it just got another bill in the mail WTF...........

Run Around. I signed up for the personal training sessions, then cancelled within the 3 day time frame that was allowed. It has been 39 days and I still havent received my refund. I have called and talked to several different people. Each time they say they will look into it and call me back. So far no one has called me back. I dont understand why it is taking so long. It is making me want to cancel my membership completely. If you do sign up for this gym, dont sign up for the personal training unless you absolutely can afford it as it is expensive. They will pressure you!

this location is awsome!!!!. Very friendly staff here.....even the members that go here are very nice and helpful. Its a very clean gym and the best part is they offer tanning now which is a plus and its cheaper then any tanning salon in AZ!

I reccomend the 35th ave location, I have been at this one for years and more to come! ;)

Love It!!!. This gym is awesome! i recently signed up at the 303, the newest location, and i like it. A lot! All of the staff is friendly and helpful. As well as the trainers. The equipment is great, the atmosphere is relaxed and i i've even met a couple new friends as well. Comfortable, cost friendly, and people next to me who are just trying to do what I'm trying to do. Get fit. I've been to a couple different gyms, LA, Mountainside. What a bunch of jokes! Those places need to learn something from this staff over here about customer service. No flashyness, no cockiness about it, affordable. All the machinery you'd need and the aerobics classes are great! Keep up the good work guys!

Great neighborhood gym. Atmosphere here is more low key than most gyms. They're smaller and less frantic than some of the competition. The staff is friendly, the place is kept clean and there are always good magazines to read when working out. Good value for the money.

Fitness One is the only place I would ever reccommend. After years of searching for the right gym, I feel the search has finally ended. I tried LA Fitness witch was a total meat market and including the trainers, they were after one thing and that was a date, Bally's ...total joke, same situation. I finally went to Curves and they were completely disorganized and uneducated when it came to fitness at all. I felt I should of been paid for educating them. I finally tried Fitness One, I have now been there for over 2 years and absolutely could not be more happy. I have never met nicer management, staff, and even the owner makes you feel like you are family. They have a different approach that just makes you feel comfortable and really look foward to getting up to go work out. They actually care to help you and educate you to the right approach of fitness and what you should and shouldn't do, which has made a huge improvement in my life and my workout. I would recommend Fitness One to any of my family and friends and have done so many times.

Great Gym,. Great gym, Great locations, Very good equipment, Good customer service, Qualified trainers, Fair pricing, You can't ask for anything more.
