one of the worst rides of my life, very dirty cars and driver did not know his way around, had to direct him all night.... Don't use

First Class All The Way!! All Valley is First Class from the moment you first contact them! I have used them for almost 10 years for a variety of business and personal transportation needs and have been met with nothing but courteous and professionalism from the entire staff - every time! The chauffeurs are dependable, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable and have always gotten me to my destination safely and on time. I have had a few instances where plans have changed at the last minute and/or flights were delayed - all handled with the utmost professionalism. They have a great selection of vehicles all of which are well kept, impeccably clean and comfortable. All Valley Transportation, on several occassions, has arranged transportation services in the cities I was visiting. I highly recommend them to everyone I know!

Great rates, and people. We recently used this company for our airport transportation. I must say we were very impressed. Our driver on the way out was early , helpful and very nice.

Our driver on the way back waited three hours at the airport as our plane was delayed. She went as far as meeting us at baggage claim and helping with the luggage. Then in the car had wonderfully cold bottles of water ready.

We are happy to have found this company! Thank you.

Don't use All Valley Transportation!. I made my reservation five days in advance. I tried to use them for transportation to PHX they never showed up? I called 10 min. after they were to arrive the driver said he was lost, 20 min went by I called the office the office said they would call me right back, the office never called back? I had to use another car service at a extra $$$'s I only had an hour and a half to get to the airport... the airport was an hour away.

Also they do not speak english very well, hard to understand.

Use another transportation service!

Exceeded my expectations!. Me and my wife just had our 40th yr anniversary and we decided to go with a limo. It was a surprise for her and I asked them to be very discrete about the reservation. When they came to pick us up they had everything I had requested, roses chocolates and champagne. It was just great, our 40th anniversary went very very well.

GREAT SERVICE!. I recently started using All Valley for my transportation needs and they are great! They have good deals, great service, clean vehicles and amazing customer support. What else can I ask for, they are just fantastic!

Fantastic at being awful!. I bought a Groupon for this company for $20 and was going to book a $55 ride to the airport. I thought that was a pretty good deal for what I thought would be a nice town-car ride to the airport. Unfortunately that didn't end up being the case...

When I called the company the gentleman answering the phone gave me the quote for the $55 and confirmed the time. I then mentioned that I would be using a Groupon to pay for the service... it was at this time that they realized that they were "fully booked". I thought that this was very suspicious so to test how honest they were, I had my wife called a few hours later and try to book the same service (1 way drive to the airport). The gentleman on the phone confirmed availability and quoted a price of $55. He then asked for payment information and she again responded that she was going to be using a coupon. Again, at this time, he then said he needed to "check availability" (even though he already had done so) and then informed her that they were fully booked. When she questioned his availability changing AFTER she mentioned the coupon he became defensive and said he always quotes people prices BEFORE checking availability.

Warning to future patrons...avoid this company and their unethical business practices.

Best Service! Best Prices! Reliable! On Time! Professional!. I fly to Phoenix for business quite frequently. I have used other Limo Transportation services and I would always find a reason not to use them. By far All Valley has Exceeded my Expectations! I Recomend them to any one that likes Service the way you want it! P.S. I asked for a fully stocked bar with Jack Daniels! They Delivered! With Gentalmans Jack! NOW THAT WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!

Excellent Service. I use all valley from and to sky harbor airport for business .The office allways calls one day ahead of time to confirm my reservation.Drivers allways show up 10 minutes ahead of pick up time. I highly recommend all valley for all your transportation needs.
