I have used their service and they are on time every time, they will call when they are on their way in case I need to change the pick up time or in case I forgot to cancel. The drivers are always well groom and in thier Men In Black Uniform. "If being on time as important for you as it is for me then you need to give them a call" Ps. I refered them to my friend's and they are just as happy about thier service as I am.
Pros: You get a cold Diet Coke or Water and a copy of the news paper for Free.

DO NOT USE! Horrible service. Reserved an 8:00 PM pick up time. Called at 7:55 to find out where the car was. Found out they called when we were in the shower so they CANCELED our car because we did not answer the phone at 7:00 to confirm we still needed them. When I called to explain, he was thoughtless & rude & didn't care at all. He was unprofessional, unreliable and an all around loser. I hope he goes out of business soon.
