I miss these guys, I hear Jimmy Carlin bought them and then ran himself out of business here to! Looks like the DC in DC RANCH should stand for DON'T COME Ranch, the place is Ghost Town!

This brewery is one of the nicest I've seen in a long time. Although a bit hard to find because of a city ordinance against signage, the Unlikely Cowboy is a must visit in Scottsdale. Located in a very posh posh location, the beer is fresh and the food is even better. Most brew pubs have average food and menu's similar to each other, but the owners of the Cowboy really tried to get away from the typical brewery fare and mix in some spice. The end result is a great dining experience in a perfect locale.
