A subdued sign labeled simply "Cocktails" conceals the identity of this hip lounge. Inside, dark woods accented by chrome are offset by devilish red lighting and the flickering glow of candles. In the center of the bar, an X-shaped table is lit with vintage pictures of Hollywood starlets. Two dance poles and a chrome swing invite patrons to stage their own performances while others watch from cushy red velvet couches. A sampling of the specialty martinis is available in a flight of four.

Last Saturday night 3/1/08 myself and 2 friends 1 white and 1 black, tried to go to the pussycat lounge, but we were told that they were at there capacity and no one was allowed in. Soon after my white friend was told she could get in but we( THE BLACKS) could not get in. Then 3 white girls walked up and they were not on any lists but they were let in. So I guess BLACKS are not allow there unless your famous. So BORIS DIAW you should not go there cause you to are black and if you didnt play for the phoenix suns you would not be allowed in. Is the 2008 or 1908. Ps Even Amare Stoudimire was too black to get in.

A member of my group was denied access to this club on Friday, Febraury 29th 2008. His four caucasian friends were allowed entry. They were dressed in jeans and sneakers, the black male who was denied access was dressed much nicer and neater, but he was told that his attire was not appropriate because it was "baggy" This is unacceptable and hundreds of emails have been sent throughout our organization suggesting boycott and further action.
