fantastic place for Pilates. My daughters and I have had great experiences here. The instructors were wonderful -- knowledgible, encouraging, enthusiastic. The facility is lovely, with great equipment. It's a well-run place and we've gotten something out of every lesson.

A waste of money. This business seems almost like a scam. After you pay your money, they make it very difficult to make appointments with a trainer. The owner/manager does not return phone calls or emails for days, or weeks. You have to battle to get time in the gym. No wonder they are always looking for new customers. It is a waste of money.
