They have been very understanding and helpful with my needs. Willing to work with you to make things better. I like the fact that you only have one delivery day each month that means only one day to remember. They even call you a couple days before to remind you. How nice is that. Thank you.

I have been a customer for over 4 years and could not be more satisfied with their product and service. Their water is the best I have tasted in the valley and their customer service is A-1. In 4 years time they have have never missed a delivery, never had a problem with my changes and dealt with the one issue I had (after 2 years I had a leaky faucet) to my complete satisfaction (I received a new one promptly in the mail. Well done O'premium. Looking forward to many more years of great water and service.
