The worst of the worst!.
My wife and I attended meal on memorial day 2010 about 6.30pm...
Pros: NONE
Cons:
1. BUGS on dining table!!!
2. Salad bar was weak. It had definatly been sitting there a long time..and it was only 6:30.
3. WAY OVERPRICED...we were charged $59 just for the salad bar.
4. Rare meat very mediocre, all other meats over cooked, highly fatty, and DRY (Chicken, sausage, lamb chops, leg of lamb, sirloin).
5. Cheep meat. Strong and gamey. We are big meat eaters, and we know quality. Lamb defiantly not American lamb...and the beef tastes like it came out of a swamp.
6. The wine: We are wine drinkers.I expected the wine to be decanted...but the stuff we bought seemed like it had been opened and sitting open for a couple of days. And when I said it wasn't good, they came back with more. It was obviously out of the same bottle.
Moreover, after we found the bugs on the table they refused to refund our bill. My wife and I were ready to puke after we found this. We were told we could talk to the manager, and he refused to talk to us. I can just imagine how big the roaches are in the kitchen.
This place is the worst of the worst...…
Awesome Place!.
Just came back from Saturday night dining at Brazilian Bull and all I can say is it was fabulous. Our server, Wes, was courteous and timely -- as were all the servers we had contact with. It's almost
like the other reviews for this place were entered by people who have not been there! This restaurant is in a strip mall, but in a large roomy space. Beautiful mosaics cover the walls and the room is pretty and spacious. The salad bar selections were fresh and delicious with a lot to like if you're into seafood. I'm not, but I still enjoyed the fresh salads and pasta (although I must say the shrimp ceviche was great!). They also have a hot appetizer bar and be sure not to miss the potato lasagne. Sounds strange - tastes delicious! All the meats were hot and tasty with endless variety. I've been to the Brazilian steakhouse in Scottsdale and this one is every bit as good, with the salad bar much, much better than in Scottsdale. Be sure you don't miss the grilled pineapple -- absolutely fabulous! Our only complaint was the completely non-descript side dishes (beans and rice). Very bland and could have been skipped altogether. I can't imagine why so many other posters to this site complained about the service because ALL the servers we had contact with were courteous and catered to our every request. We LOVED the Brazilian Bull and will DEFINITELY be back for more!
Oh, and by the way, we do NOT work for the Brazilian Bull and have dined in many, many restaurants both here in Arizona and around the world - and we STILL very much enjoyed our dining experience at Brazilian Bull.…
This place is truly authentic!. Reviewers who gave this place a negative review are completely mistaken. I have been to Brazil several times, and know exactly what to expect when it comes to authentic churrasco. First off, the price is extremely reasonable. I have been to several other churrascarias in the US and almost always cost an arm and a leg. Next, the service was top notch. My water glass was never empty, and everyone was extremely courteous, tending to my every need. I have also never been to a restaurant where the service was so timely and professional. For those of you who have never been to a churrascaria, the system is fairly simple: You receive a marker where one side is red and the other is green. Red side up first, and you go to the their plentiful salad bar... Get some fresh seafood, gourmet salads...and by the way, all you can eat. When your done with that, flip the marker over to green, and prepare your stomach for whats to come. 16 different succulent, perfectly cooked meats come one at a time and served tableside. By far, the meats here were some of the best i have ever tasted. What was more surprising, was that the restaurant was jam packed and everything was spot on. If you want top notch Brazilian cuisine, excellent service, and all at a reasonable price, visit them in Chandler.…
Bad Food, Bad Service & Horrible Manager. It was the most horrific, sickening experience of my life. Run, don't walk away from there. Bad food, bad karma, bad everything. Moreover, they'll take your money, no matter what. AVOID this place like the plague! Join me in writing letters to the the appropriate authorities to shut the place down. I don't know what kind of meat they serve, but it's not the kind people normally eat. They need to get out of Ahwatukee, they are giving our neighborhood a bad name.…
not authentic Brazil!. My husband and I drove over an hour to eat here, and this was the only place in town that serves "Brazilian" food. The waiter greeted us with an "Oi tudo bem" and then when we replied in Portuguese, he said, I'm sorry, I dont know Portuguese, I'm Mexican. No one in the whole place spoke Portuguese, which was a huge dissapointment. since they represented themselves as Brazilian. I could eat Mexican food anywhere in Phoenix. The staff were also very very rude, some of the rudest wait staff I have ever seen. I think they were embarrassed when they got exposed by true Brazilians in their restaurant, they didn't know how to act.…
