My Experience with Dugan

Geoff Dugan is an a-hole of the highest order.

My neighbor's apartment has a leak which I dont think has anything to do with my place whatsoever. However, Dugan plumbing, after coming by a few times, now wants to start cutting into the walls between my apartment and hers.

He called me and asked what time I would be available, and I told him "Some time after noon, call me."

He calls me at 12 and starts cursing me out, telling me that he doesn't like when "his fukking plumbers are being jerked around." Not only that, but now he wants to reschedule for an evening time and wants to charge double for overtime! This a-hole has the audacity to curse out customers and then try to charge double.

The RUDEST experience I have ever had

I contacted Dugan Plumbing in late September, 2009, to repair a routine plumbing problem underneath my kitchen sink. The rep came out on 9/30/09. Unfortunately after the job was completed, the line to the reverse Osmosis system was reinstalled incorrectly. I immediately contacted Geofff Dugan, the owner. he argued with me that that was not his company's issue. After further discussion back and forth, Dugan acquiesced. To make it easier on him, I advised that his rep could come back next time he was in my neighborhood. Big mistake. The rep never came. After a month of no show, I called Dugan to set up an appointment. He made it for 11/6/09. By the end of the day, again, no show. I called Dugan and instead of admitting to me that it was his scheduling mistake, he berated me for not calling in on the scheduled service day to see why no service rep showed . When I acted incredulous that he would think it was MY fault, he then bagan hurling foul words at me. denegrating me and in essence, being as rude and unprofessional as I could ever imagine.

If you even so much as THINK about Dugan Plumbing, you will find the owner, Geoff Dugan, to be the most filthy mouthed, condescending, negative, unprofessional you could ever imagine. If you choose Dugan Plumbing to do anything related to plumbing or anything else for that matter, you will regret it! Do NOT do business with this awful excuse for a business man. Geoff Dugan is the WORST!
