Worst Rental Company!

Do not rent from Alliance residential. I have had insects in my apartment and was told that they would send someone out to spray. No one came out. I had a list of broken things in the apartment (ex air conditioner in the summer) that were never fixed. The staff couldn't care less and even worse that goes for their corporate office as well. Good luck trying to work out resolutions to your issues. You are better off talking to a wall. If you like insects, no air conditioning and no lights in the parking lot or sidewalks, you'll love this place!
