Rude and incompetent – Neighbor regularly uses their service. Yesterday the driver parked the cab directly in front of my driveway. I waited for a moment, the cab driver didn't move. I pulled closer behind the cab. Nothing. I opened the garage door. Nothing. I honked the horn. Nothing. I got out and told her she needed to move. I wast told that I was rude and she would move when she was done. She did eventually move the cab - the one that she had parked illegally IN my driveway.
I contacted Discount Cab so that they would be aware and asked for some assurance that cab driver would not park illegally in front of driveway - you know, obey the law. Guess what? Nothing. No reply, no acknowledgement. I don't know if all the cab drivers and management are completely incompetent and rude, but I certainly will never use Discount Cab.
NEVER USE THIS CAB COMPANY! – Out of the 3 times this year that I've used discount, I was overcharged twice by $200! First time driver said I would have to call manager to get a refund because he couldn't void the sale. Manager was very rude and unapologetic. Just like those other people with a complaint on here, I had to wait 3 days to get money back.
Next time they overcharged me the driver was clearly untrained, he obviously didn't know how to drive properly or even speak hardly any english, after overcharging me by $200, I demanded it be voided and we spent a long time trying to communicate with eachother, he wouldn't call the manager and kept trying to make me go to his "bankey". He said he would drive me to his "bankey", that's his term for bank, and w/d $ from his account. I thought, is this some scam? when I said no, and demanded the manager, she was really rude and told me that I was lucky I had a nice driver who was willing to give me money out of his own pocket to cover it. Weird! They made my account negative and I have 130$ in fees from my bank, not to mention a whole morning lost because they are either running a scam, or they don't train their employees.
don't use these guys. – I got a stolen wallet and a driver who I could barely understand. Then the driver denied it. not the first bad experience with these guys but its a first for the stolen wallet.
Do not use unless you want to be 2 hours late – Do not use! They kept telling us that a cab was out front and providing us curtsy calls, 5 times! They made us 2 hours late to a fund raiser. We called another company that was on time. I think its a scam. They tell you ten to twenty minutes for your cab and they know that is not possible. When you call in they say they were there and tried calling us. They knew that they could not provide the service on time yet try to keep the business by stalling you and making excuses. Total joke
Do you want to get arrested? – Wow, I can't believed this happened... I got horrible service from a Discount cab driver so I left her no tip when I paid with my credit card. She handed me a reciept, I got out of the car and started to walk to my destination (I say walk, because she dropped me 200 yards away from where I told her to take me). She comes upto me about 150 yards later and says my card was declined and I now have to pay her cash. I didn't have any cash on me and I thought she was trying to hustle me for money because I left her no tip. So, I told her that no way was I going to pay her again when I have a reciept. OMFG, she called the cops on me and had me arrested making up this huge story about how I ran from her, even though the cops arrested me at my original destination!. So now I have an arrest for 'Theft of Services' on my record because I didn't leave her a tip on an 12 tab!
Awful service – AVOID USING DISCOUNT CAB unless you enjoy wasting time and money. Discount Cab has no concept of what it means to be a service company.
I called to reserve a cab to the airport two hours before I needed to be picked up. The dispatcher told me the cab would be there at the time I requested, but it never showed up. I called the company five minutes after the cab was supposed to arrive. They still hadn?t assigned a driver, but assured me someone would be there soon. Twenty minutes later, no cab had arrived. I called back again and they STILL hadn?t dispatched a driver. Despite the fact that they knew I was going to the airport to catch a flight, they never made any attempt to tell me the cab would be late or that no car would be available. I could have easily made other transportation arrangements had they simply told me they would be late or unavailable.
Beware! – Beware this company-driver didn't know how to use credit card machine and overcharged me 10x, had to cut vac short because they couldn't void transaction, had to wait 3 days for credit to go through. Driver also missed turns and exits and therefore inflated mileage to increase cost. Just watch the driver very closely and monitor the actions.
Worst cab company ever – Seriously called was promised a cab in 20 minutes called 5 times ended up waiting an hour and fourty five minutes until my phone died and had to walk 45 minutes to a pay phone to call a cab!!!!! In heels in the middle of the day! The worst customer service ever!
Lost and Never Found – Now don't get me wrong, it's not the driver's fault that I accidentally left my phone in the cab, which I did.
However, I called dispatch as soon as I walked in my house and they said they would put a call out to the driver, and that their drivers ALWAYS turn items into lost and found..........well my phone has still not turned up at the lost and found office. So did they ever put the call out to the driver? Probably not! Did they just tell me they would to get me off the phone? I think so! They don't care that I left a $500 iPhone in the cab, with all my personal info in it. A company with even ?fair? CS would care. A decent company would make the call when they told me they would, especially when I called literally within 5 minutes of being dropped off. Being that I was dropped off out in Gilbert, I think the odds of someone hailing the same cab off the sidewalk are slim. The drivers next pick up couldn't have been before the supposed call was put out to him. So is the companies' claim that the next customer could have found my phone legit, only if they never called the driver for me. Did they call the driver and he decided to look for and keep my phone, you tell me.
The only good thing about it is the security code, which Apple tells me if entered incorrectly 4x will shut down the phone completely until brought back to MY pc to be restored. So hopefully my phone get back to me eventually when the idiot who has it realizes it's of no use to them.
Makes me regret being responsible instead of driving drunk, I could have left my phone in my own car in my driveway. I'm kidding.

Worst Cab Company – Discount Cab is one of the worst cab companies I have ever seen. In the past week I have called for a cab hours in advance just to make sure I make it to class on time. I have been taking this cab from the start of spring semester, and in the past two weeks it has been late 2 times and not shoed up 4 times. When you call customer service, all they tell you is the cab is half a mile away and should be there any minute. Today I waited 2 hours and the cab did not show up, and when I called in they told me the cab picked someone else up. When I complained to the supervisor they did not take me seriously.
