I had a wonderful experience at the gainey village spa. I had the Avania spa massage with a friendly, courteous service. The spa was relaxing and pleasant. The only thing I would change is the koi pond. It's aesthetically unpleasant and there's no koi.

I cannot discount my treatment - Sherry gave me a fabulous Sedona Mud Wrap. However, the rest of the spa left a great deal to be desired - we waited almost an hour and a half for our lunch to arrive (when they said it'd be 20 minutes), my friend's treatment was 15 minutes late, there were no towels available at the pool or in the gym, and nobody gave us an introduction to the facilities!
Pros: reasonable prices
Cons: horrific service
