Great Place to get your hair done---regardless of age!. I am 51 years old, but do not accept it, and do not feel it! These women, while several years younger than me, made me feel like I could do anything a 30 year old might do with their hair! Cynthia did my color and Vanessa did my cut! They were fun and funky and never considered me as OLD! This is the Fiesta Mall locale and I will be back! Excellent service! YOU ROCK!!!!!!…
Troy is a hair god. I don't know which Toni and Guy you guys are going to. I go to the one in Fiesta mall and Troy is the only person I will let near my hair with a pair of scissors. As far as price, you get what you pay for. I would not sit in the chair of "supercuts" to save my life. Personally, I don't know much about how "straight" or "even" you would want your hair to be. Toni and Guy specializes in up-to-date hairstyles which are neither straight nor even most of the time. So if you are looking for THAT type of haircut, you are probably just in the wrong place anyway. And, yes, they are probably not too thrilled or excited about doing your outdated request. So, in all, if you are looking for a cut that is in style, go to Toni and Guy. I don't even give them direction. I just tell Troy to work his magic. That's the best way to get a truly great style.…
not so nice. The second time that my wife went there to get a hair cut the atmosphere was weird!.........there was an employee across the room making fun of her stylist and her hair cut....and thought that my wife could not heard her!.......it was just rude and mean. Don't get me wrong some staff members are really nice and professionals but that day was the last day at Toni & Guy!…

Rachelle at Toni & Guy ROCKS!.
I've gotten my hair cut by Rachelle four times now and I leave every time with the haircut that I want. I even trusted her to do my hair for my university graduation, driving all the way to Mesa in
rush hour so that she could cut and style me. It is sometimes hard to hear in there because of the hair dryers, and they don't have a very large waiting area (two leather cubes right next to the desk) so I usually wait out in the mall, right in front of the store. However, Rachelle is careful to understand what you ask for (bringing a picture always helps, no matter where you go!) and is very skilled. She has been a part of many T&G hair shows, and loves styling hair. She can do anything you ask for and uses all the great products to give volume and shine. She isn't pushy on you to buy the products, and for that I always give her a huge tip.
My only criticism is that Rachelle no longer washes hair (I think her rates have gone up). That said, the shampoo "boy" (a man, rather) was not gentle and actually pulled my hair. In addition, when I told him I had dirty hair that day, he used color-extracting shampoo (he started lathering me up, THEN asked me if I colored my hair or not!!). Thankfully I don't color my hair, but that shampoo was like paint thinner; it sucked all the moisture out of my hair and it wasn't the same for a couple weeks. I know you're probably not able to pick the person who shampoos you, but brace for impact if it is a tattooed gentleman.…
