I have seen Dr. Chang for the last 4-5 years, first at the old location and now at the current one. Every time I arrive for my appointment, I was greeted kindly and seen in a timely manner. Dr. Chang always takes as much time as necessary to explain and review my options. The entire staff is very professional and caring. I highly recommend Southwestern Eye Center.

I heard about SWEC through the Merritts. I'm satisfied with my second opinion exam. The lady assistant is specially sympathetic. Dr. Chang is thorough and professional. I would highly recommend their clinic to others.
