Waited 20 Minutes and Finally Left Without Food. We went into the combo KFC/Long John Silvers just after a man went in with four young men. There was already a customer in there with four young kids - they had ordered but not received their food yet. We ordered after the man and his four young men - two combo meals - and the receipt said 1:03PM.

The man received his food and the man with the four young kids was still going up every couple of minutes checking on his food.

As we were getting our drinks, a baseball team came in.

At 1:20, the man and his four young children finally got his food. At 1:25PM, we finally walked up and asked the manager to give us a refund. At this point several of the people on the baseball team were already getting their food - including some of the same stuff we ordered. The manager gave us a refund on everything except our drinks. He never apologized or said anything about our food. He could have at least paid for the drinks since they had incompetent service.

How hard is it to make two combo meals and some mashed potatoes - especially when you're already delivering food that was ordered TEN minutes after ours.

Horrible place - don't ever go here!

For more than 60 years, this all-American institution has been serving its signature chicken and home-style sides.. In Short
Established in 1939, this fast-food restaurant still makes its legendary fried chicken with the closely guarded blend of 11 herbs and spices originally created by founder Colonel Sanders. Modern additions to the menu include oven-roasted renditions of its chicken sandwiches, popcorn chicken, potato wedges and wraps. Classic sides include flaky, oversized biscuits, steaming-hot mashed potatoes and gravy, smoky-sweet baked beans and crisp, generously dressed coleslaw. Kids and adults love the "little bucket" parfaits of pudding desserts.
