I love Spencers. I bought an expensive stove last year on the no interest payment plan. The stove was delivered and I tried baking immediately. For some reason the oven just wasn't heating/baking right and I was supposed to bake for a wedding that next weekend. I called my salesman, Ed, and after speaking with his manager he called to say they would deliver a new one right away. They bent over backwards to help me and my stove is awesome!. I have paid it off and will be back there this weekend to purchase a new dishwasher.

Needed a whole kitchen of appliances. They had everything we researched and matched the price of an online competitor. Salesman was very helpful and friendly, I would recommend him to all my friends.

This is a really good store to g to look for most types of appliances and televisions.They have a large assortment of merchandise and they really have some great sale prices.You can go in there and take your time looking around for just the right thing.The sales people are very nice and super helpful too.

I have never met a nicer salesman in my life. LT is very friendly and helpful. We told him what we wanted and what we didn't want and he wasn't pushy just showed us the types that he felt we would want. He didn't try to talk us into the higher price items. Also we had a couple problems with delivery dates...Our problems not the stores and he was able to hold the items untill we were ready for them to be delivered and then he made sure they were delivered on the date and time we wanted....Highly recommended store.

We bought a complete kitchen appliance set from Spencers. When it was delivered, we noticed what looked like a dent in the door, but what was really a slight bulge. We asked them to replace the door or exchange the refrigerator. They said it would take as much as 30 days to order a new door.

Within two days, the ice maker and the water dispenser were not working. We had a repairman come out and look at it, but he was unable to fix it. They said they would exchange the product if it could not be repaired, but then they backtracked and said that it could only be replaced after a service visit following an inspection visit to see what the problem was.

We've been waiting for some resolution for over a week now and every time we try to get answers from them, they are very rude and short with us. We're just trying to get the product we paid for, but now that they have their money, we're not high on their "to do" list.

I will make sure never to do business with them again, I would encourage anyone else reading this to stay away as well.

I've never had a sales person be so professional and soooo nice by going the extra mile. I highly recommend that if you go to Spencers in Glendale.

Spencer's is very good. We have used them for 20 years, and continue to do so. We have also gotten great deals and service at Home TV and Appliance down the street. It is good to have 2 family owned chains like this in the Valley, so that one can skip the big-boxes and support local business.
