Worst Customer Service Ever!!!!!.
I cannot even believe how bad the customer service is at this restaurant! We went through the drive-thru and ordered some food. Got it home and all of the sandwiches had mayo on them and we specifically asked for no mayo. I called the restaurant and talked to Christian who was really nice and he told me to throw away the food and they would replace the order (I saved the food in case they wanted it back). So my wife goes into the store to get the order replaced and talks to the "manager" Armando, he is really rude to her and tells her he cannot replace the order without the old food????? What? An employee in that exact store told us it was OK to just throw it away--so we did.....After calling the complaint line phone number that they have on the front door --three times--- nobody ever even returned my call? That is the worst customer service I have ever had, anywhere, in my life. What a LOSER store/ company. Why would you spend money to set up a complaint line and then never even return the clients call? IDIOTS with a capital I.......
Quick-service eatery sates ravenous appetites with monster burgers, milk shakes and more fast-food fare..
Since opening its first diner in the 1940s, this restaurant has developed into one of the most popular West Coast franchises, claiming industry innovations such as the drive-through window, partial-service dining rooms and their iconic Six Dollar Burgers--a line of oversized, sit-down restaurant-style hamburgers with Angus patties. Other hearty options abound, including steak-and-egg breakfast burritos, crispy chicken sandwiches and chili cheese fries to supplement standbys like onion rings and shoestring potatoes.
