Good Concept - Great Beer!. On my second beer expedition to Phoenix, I finally made it to IB. I held off because I wasn't sure about a brew your own place in a strip mall. As it turns out, this place is really serious about good beer. They had great variations of all the strandard micros and even had a trappist beer on tap of thier own that made up for not having any cask ales (at least the time I was there). The bartender Chad (and all the staff) were super cool. If I knew enough people in the area, I'd host a brewing party.
