NOT PROFESSIONAL. I went to them 3/21 not sure if I can file advise the front employee this she said they will refund my money immediately if I can't file. 3/22 I found I couldn't she said to call back tomorrow. I called 3/23 the lady said she can't refund my money, which I understand due to them doing half of the paperwork which is not complete. She said it takes 4 days to complete, I ask since I can't file just yet if they can hold it until I can. She say the paperwork will be outdated. Yes its affordable, Yes I should of been for sure if I can file chapter 7, I wasn't aware the bankruptcy law change to 8 years. They could at least work with me since I can't get a refund.…
