Mega Bad Customer Service.
Wow, they have some great deals on furniture but their customer services is the worst I've ever seen. My wife and I bought a new couch, loveseat and recliner at a great price and with the savings we paid to have it delivered. So 7 days later we come home from work on a Wednesday to find a message on the machine saying that the delivery guy was out front and why didn't we answer the door!?!? A second message said we would have to call to reschedule the delivery....neither message left a phone number to call back.
When we called back on Thursday (after looking up the number) to reschedule for Saturday there was no issue...until they didn't show up! When we called to complain they said the warehouse had us scheduled for Monday morning. I told them the history of this delivery and they said it was our fault for not being there during the day on Wednesday. I told the manager that nobody called us about the delivery, but apparently the delivery person wrote down that he had called and confirmed with us!!! And the manager sided with the delivery person and would not work with us at all. She said it was too late to deliver on Saturday and Sunday was booked. She wouldn't refund or reduce the delivery price and wouldn't try to fit us in on Sunday.
Now I have to take a half day off from work to wait for them yet again!! Totally UNACCEPTABLE!!!
