switched the dress. Very upset with this place. I bought what i thought was the perfect dress but they must have switched the dress I tried on with a damaged one. The zipper was ripped away from the dress as was a lot of the lace, there were no button holes to button the back up and the clasp for the zipper was broken off. The dress I tried on had none of these problems. My husband had to spend 2 hours before the wedding sewing the back of the dress up as we had no way to zip or button it up.
Please call me, I am the owner of azteca wedding plaza. Your false accusations need to be brought out in the open. We are a family business serving Arizona brides for close to 50 years. Never have we nor would we switch a gown. I am surprised you have not personnally spoken with me about your complaint. Royna@Azbride
Great Organization!. I am very satisfied with the quality of service provided by Azteca Wedding Plaza over the past two years. I work in the Maryvale community focused on keeping youth off drugs & alcohol. One event that I help to put together each year is the Alcohol Free Quinceañera. Azteca Wedding Plaza has assisted with our event for the past two years, and their service has been great. They have beautiful Quinceañera dresses, and very nice tuxedos. Thank You Azteca Wedding Plaza for being a part of our event again this year. Your commitment & compassion for the Phoenix community is admirable. I highly recommend anyone looking for a wedding dress, Quinceañera dress or a tuxedo to check out Azteca Wedding Plaza.
Aweful. I tried on dresses at different locations for 2 days. I decided that the dress I wanted was at Azteca. I tried on the dress one more time to make sure it was THE DRESS and I was in love. I took the dress down to purchasing where I was going to order a new one. I tried to bargain with the man on the price because I hear that they negotiate with you. The man I was talking with actually acted offended that I was trying to negotiate. I decided to walk away. As I walked away the owner comes out to say that she doesn't even think the dress in orderable that it had been discontinued. I was appaled that they had a dress on their floor that was discontinued and I expressed that to them. They were not apologetic in the least and were actually down right rude. Needless to say I would never recommend them to anyone. They eneded up losing $1000 on the same dress they said was discontinued to another store!
Worst Customer Service.
I picked up my bridesmaid dress alteration and after paying for it I realized I was charged incorrectly. Although I realized it before I left the store but after I paid, I discussed it with Roena (sp?) and she stated that she would call the bride. I told her forget it because I didn't see a need to bother the bride for an alteration on a bridesmaid dress that I was incorrectly charged for. After I cooled down I called back and left messages for 2 days and was told I would receive a call back but never did. I finally got a hold of Roena the 3rd day and she argued with me and made it seem like it was my fault that I was charged for an alteration that I didn't even have done.
This is BY FAR the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have EVER received!
