Very Same experience below. Not only the entire year I lived there did the roof leak, it leaked in my 2nd floor living room of my 3 story townhome. Each time I had a leak and the drywall patch came down, it would take 5 times to request that my ceiling get fixed. Not only that, but they would think after the $3 mill they paid out in a mold lawsuit (you may want to google them before you move in), and the mold addendum they ask you to sign, they would have replaced my drywall.... but nope.

Overall, for the price, the place is nice on the outside, but loaded with issues. There are many places nearby at the same rate that have stone counter tops that don't bubble up like the faux granite in mine, or have a staff that can properly make repairs and manage work orders.…

The absolute worst tennant service ever!. I am a current tennant, it took 5 weeks to get my garbage disposal fixed, my neighbor had two rattlesnakes in his patio, and they did nothin to help him out. He had to kill them and throw them in the bushes. I called the office a day later to report a rattlesnake in the back yard where all the dogs play, they did nothin and the property manager said the office had not a single call about snakes. She went on to explain that "wild life problems are not her concern."ave been lied to several times by kate the property manager. This place is horrible i really wish they would let me out of my lease!…
