Stay clear of this quack!!!! He is definitely rude, has the personality of a toad which wouldn't be bad if he were good at dental work, however he is the worst dentist I have ever been to!!!! It's not worth the cheaper price when it comes to your teeth!!! Also, he charged me $95.00 for ONE xray and when I asked for it he told me I couldn't have it according to AZ law unless I wanted to pay for another one!!! I went to a competent dentist and had my whole mouth x-rayed for $70.00. My new dentist also told me the x-rays are mine since I paid for them!!! If I can keep ONE person from going to this idiot I'll be happy.

Dr Nestlerode is an amazing dentist, and I can't Thank him and his staff enough for the LOWEST PRICE IN ARIZONA OF ANY DENTIST!!!!!! I am in between jobs, and the other day I ate a pizza that had a rock inside it. My tooth split in half, and I have no dental insurance. I called over 100 Dentists in Arizona, and the prices ranged from $1400, to $2000 for 1 Crown and the X-Ray plus visits. Dr Nestlerode did the Crown and all visits for $525.00 (OH MY GOD). I was so scared I would have to go on interviews missing a tooth, and thanks to wonderful Anita in the office and Dr Nestlerode MY teeth look amazing again. I KNOW OTHER DENTISTS MUST HATE YOU WITH SUCH AMAZING LOW RATES!!

Dr. Nestlerode was awesome. Removed my four impacted wisdom teeth for half the price I was quoted buy an Oral Surgeon, and threw in a gum lift for free. He made my teeth look beautifull! He will be my dentist for life. It was just a great experience.

Great dentist and office staff. Free consultation saved me from getting thousands of dollars of unneeded work done by another dentist. Dr. Nestlerode said that my teeth were fine, and the work recommended by another dentist was not needed. I had my teeth simply cleaned in this office, while the other office wanted me to do over a thousand dollars in periodontal treatment. IT PAYS TO GET A SECOND OPINION!

LOVE this dentist ever!!!! I had been in the dentist in years and was afraid of going back. Dr. Nestlerode takes the time to make sure you are numb before starting his work and gas is awesome didn't have that before. He is a perfectionist that takes the time to make sure your bite is on. Would highly recommend him!

The BIGGEST nightmare of my life. This was the beginning of the biggest nightmare of my LIFE. Because of this detiost, within a week of putting crowns on my 4 front teeth, the two side one BROKE OFF at the gum line and I have had to endure countess dental visits , infections that caused bone loss, gum tissue repair, lososing both of those teeth completely and have implants put in (I am 38 yrs old an dmy teeth were perfectly health before). I have had to pay out 17 thousand dollars and it is EXTREMELY hard to sue a dentist. VERY hard. Dont go. PLEAE dont go. Barry Nestlerod is dangerous.

Steer clear of this dentist!. I am writing to complain about the worst dental experience I have ever had and hope this warns anyone considering using Dr. Nestlerode as a dentist to beware. He is rough, insulting & incompetent. My experience with him caused me weeks of pain, infection, swelling, an incorrect bite and a great deal of expense to correct what he had done. The crown that he did for me should have been a simple procedure. It turned into a nightmare! Here are just a few of the problems I experienced: a poorly fitting temporary crown that caused me to have a headache for ten days; extreme stretching of my cheek that left the right side of my face droopy for a few days and also caused a laceration in the corner of my mouth that resulted in a cold sore that I battled with for a couple of weeks; bruising & infection in the cheekbone area that caused the glands in my right jaw to be swollen. More critical than this, the permanent crown was so poorly seated that there was a gap at the gum line that allowed food/liquids to seep in under the crown to the corresponding unprotected portion of the tooth. If left as it was, I would have eventually had to have a root canal when the tooth decayed underneath. As Dr. Nestlerode worked on me I was in a VERY uncomfortable position to accommodate him working in my mouth, & was frequently chided for not holding still enough. For a person who had always been complimented as a great patient by other medical professionals, it shocked me to feel so denigrated. He worked WITHOUT a dental assistant, so I was responsible for holding the suction tool. The crown he did needed to be replaced (and crown buildup redone) by a more competent dentist, & Dr. Nestlerode has refused any kind of compensation for his shoddy work. In fact, he has actually blamed me for what went wrong! I am not a vindictive person, but do I hope to prevent others from having to endure anything like what I have gone through. From this experience I learned that there are some dentists out there who are subpar when it comes to quality, expertise & professionalism - & price shopping certainly doesn't pay when it comes to fixing teeth!
