The Arizona Snowbowl resort, located on the San Francisco Peaks, offers spectacular views of the Grand Canyon from its chair lifts. There's an emphasis on family fun here with slopes for all levels. There are plenty of learning slopes, but intermediate and advanced skiers and snowboarders can also enjoy challenging trails with 2,300 feet of vertical drops. After skiing, there are 40 bars and restaurants just seven miles from the lodge in Historic Flagstaff.
