Wonderful Customer Service, Great Family Dealership

Oracle Ford Mercury is great. I have been a loyal customer since they opened years ago. Every employee is friendly and has a positive attitude. The sales team is great --- I bought an F-250 and there was absolutely no pressure. Plus I paid no city sales tax (it can save you hundreds of dollars here). The service department is also great. The manager explained to me every charge and even discounted a few things for me just to be nice.

• Pros: awesome coffee machine and massage chair and fish tank, attentive and friendly employees, quick service, no pressure or city sales tax
• Cons: They did not have a part I needed in the parts department but they did order it promptly and even delivered it to me.
