Mike the salesman was extremely helpful in explaining the "bells and whistles" of the Honda we purchased. Craig, the finance mgr, was thorough in going through the paperwork involved and our friend, Rich from Everett, WA was very pleasant to talk to and reminince about our shared state of Washington. All in all, we are very satisfied with our experience at Arrowhead Honda and would certainly recommend Arrowhead to others.

Also, upon starting my search process, you were very easy to deal with on the phone (and email) and are leaps and bounds ahead of other dealerships. Most other dealers say "come on in and we'll talk about it....". That's the last thing I want to do. You guys were up front from the first phone call and we actually made the deal before I even visited. This is my second Odyssey from Arrowhead, and I assume there will be many more!!
Doug Telgenhoff was very thorough explaining things throughout the process. He was patient when responding to my questions which were sometimes repetitive. When I left the dealership in my new CR-V, I felt comfortable because Doug had taken the time to explain the various options and how they work. Rebecca Poole was nice enough to help me retrieve a personal item that I left in the vehicle I traded in and Doug also accompanied me to the same vehicle to recover a remote I failed to get out when I switched vehicles. I was very pleased with all the staff I came in contact with at the dealership. They were all pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. I would be very comfortable recommending Arrowhead Honda to anyone in the market to purchase a vehicle. Thank you!!
My family and I absolutely love Celeste Fitzpatrick. She treats us just like family. She makes our whole experience smooth and enjoyable. In the above questions, we were not introduced to the Service Department because this is our 6th Honda.
I cannot say enough good things about Steve Moss and the way he handled every situation during the buying process. We left there feeling like he did his best for us and treated us with warmth and respect and in a professional manner. The buying experience and the new Honda Civic LX coupe will be enjoyed for years...or until the next one! I am sorry that I had not responded earlier due to my very hectic schedule and situations that came up. Thank you so much! I love my new car.
Without hesitation, this was the best as well as smoothest experience I've ever had in purchasing a new car. (We quickly went from one part of the process to the next.) Everything was handled professionally but still in a very friendly manner as well. Tracey, Allan and Jeffrey were great to work with. I will not have any problem whatsoever recommending Arrowhead Honda to my friends.
Was it a Bait and Switch?. I thought I had a pretty good price agreed upon with Arrowhead Honda for a new 2011 Accord using COSTCO. Then came the fees and a bunch of add on items at outrageous prices. So I asked for an invoice and they are supposed to show you an invoice from Honda. They showed me a piece of paper with just the base cost not even on Honda paperwork with no option or any price breakdowns. So I asked for the Honda invoice with the price breakdown since the car is a new 2011 Accord and the salesperson came back with the same piece of paper with handwritten prices in pen. I tried to negotiate with the salesperson, but he would not even take a counter offer. It turns out this was the only Accord Coupe LX in Arizona and they had another buyer. I will never even walk into Arrowhead Honda again. As The Romans said so eloquently let the buyer beware!
Quality of Customer Service is decreasing. Employees are polite, but when it comes to extraordinary customer care it is not happening here. When I first started going to Arrowhead Honda, extraordinary customer care was evident. Now, it is just average customer service with polite employees. The employees are just doing the bare minimum. I have asked which specials are available when i go for service and the answer is none. Within the last year, the service just gets worse and worse and worse.

Worst Customer Service - Unprofessional.
I had two incident at this dealership
1) I got my Civic A/C fixed. I was told it was under warranty. When I went to get the car, the receipt showed $0 (I wasn't asked to pay a thing). Three weeks later, I got a call from the dealership asking me to pay $50 as a warranty co-payment. I declined to pay. I reported them to the b b b then I got a call from a manager at the dealership stating that they were no longer asking for the money.
2) Today I got 2 calls on my cell phone from the dealership. I was unable to answer the phone during work. I checked later, there was no voice mail left. I called back to check. I was told that my numbers are not in the system (I've had my service done there for the last 4 years - I always get a call when the car is ready, now they are claiming my numbers not in the system!). After talking to 2 different customer service employees, I was told that they would be unable to track who made the call. The third employee (Chris) added insult to the injuiry by saying "do you think or feel that you are important that we called you twice". I went ahead and filed a complaint with Corporate Honda.
My advice is just to avoid this dealership, they are rude.
