Absolutely awesome experience! I went to have my 2008 MAZDA3 HB serviced and left with the Speed3 I've been dreaming about!! I didn't think it could be done, but EVERYONE made it happen...painless, no craziness! Straight up honesty and no hassling!!!!! Real people!!! Love the fact that they are a Christian company! I believe it makes all the difference in the world! They treated me like they would want me to treat their Mothers:) Thanks to everyone who made it possible for me to buy myself an awesome Christmas present!

Zenus has been my Service Advisor for 6+ years. He knows me & my car. He always treats me well and explains all service recommendations in a language I can understand. He's not pushy or high-pressure. I trust him. With my last service, he went well above what was necessary and found out that a part that needed replacement was actually covered under my extended warranty, which I didn't even know! He saved me a big chunk of change ~ Thanks Z ! By the way, I spoke to the GM (Donnie) and told him that he needs to keep Zenus on their team if he wanted another 10 years of my business (there had been a lot of changes at the dealership and I was worried about the employees leaving). There are other Mazda dealers closer to my home, but I keep going to (Biddulph)Cardinale in large part because I trust Zenus, which is huge for a female with limited vehicle knowledge :0)

My experience working with Greg was fantastic, I called the dealer to find out about the vehicle I was interested (CX5 2013) and Greg responded all my questions. I decided to go and see the vehicle, and I was able to get the vehicle I like for the price I was looking for in a short period of time (comparing to a standard delership negociation). Greg also followed up with me about some upgrades I needed to get done on my new CX5 such as the installation of racks. I appreciate Greg's honesty and professionalism.

Bob was very friendly and no pressure, which was great. Has good knowledge of the product he is selling and treated us like a friend than a buyer. I would recommend anyone to visit the dealership.

Carlos greeted me as soon as i walked in very friendly, clean cut and easy going, his customer service and knowledge of the products is very impressive and made you fill comfortable wich made it easy to ask the question. He worked the numbers where i would like to be and he did it, im now a proud owner of a Mazda3 I Touring. i would recomend friends and family to him and the facilitys at Cardinale Way. and thanks to Donny the sales manager.

When I woke up this morning, getting a new car didn't even cross my mind. Then got a call from one of your dealers (Tom Buhl) and he said that he might have a car for me, that they just got in and it won't be there past the weekend. My parents and I jumped into our car and headed right over. I wasn't expecting much, cause it's an older car, but to my surprise it was in great shape. I'm so pleased by generosity of your staff there at the Peoria location. I was very impressed by the customer service that your staff upholds and the fact that your location is Christian based. It was like an answer from the Lord above, that I should get this car. Thank you for all that your company does.

AWESOME! So helpful... so friendly...Not pushy (which we all know is a plus). Glad my husband said lets stop at the Mazda dealership. I bought a used vehicle and Carlos was great. We were there till 11pm, kept them all there so late, but they were all so willing to help and be courteous.
