Staff is terrible. My sis and I went to this location and our waitress was horrible she never checked on us to see if everything was fine and we never got refills. We tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt and go a second time but the same thing happened and it was a different young girl. I will never go to this chili's again.

Very Very Bad Experience. We had a very odd thing happen to us. My husband and I went out for a nice dinner at this location. Our waitress was young and a bit rude. We really didn't pay attention to that though. My meal was horrible. I didn't make a big deal about it but when this waitress dropped of our check she asked how the meal was and my husband politely mentioned that I didn't care for mine. The waitress said exactly (burned into my brain) "I asked you ealier and you told me you liked it." What she was referring to was about 2 minutes after she dropped off the meal, she stopped by quickly and asked how everything was. At that time fine. I had really not started eating. Since then for the entire meal she never came back to check on us. I'm not picky. I really don't care. I wish my husband had not mentioned to her at the end that I didn't care for my meal. I left about 3/4 of it on the plate uneated. It was gross. The problem occurred after my husband mentioned I didn't care for my meal the waitress stopped, looked straight at me, then said you just cussed at me I'm done with you. I was in such shock I could harldy speak. My husband on the other hand got angry and went to get a manager. A young girl came to the table. I mean she was a very young blonde pretty girl but youngl like she could have been 18 years old. She said you just cussed at my employee, your not getting a free meal. Let me make something very very clear here. I did not "cuss" or as I put it, use profanity, at anyone. This woman stating she was the manager then said "pay your bill and leave." We were so stunned we could harldly think. My husband lost it at that point at started yealing as he stormed out of the restaurant. He should have maintained but I don't blame him. First of all that couldn't have been the manager. She was simply too young. And second of all we weren't doing anything wrong and simply, flat out had not used profanity to anyone. That waitress either was having a very bad day or just not a very nice person all together. Never in my 43 years have I ever had trouble in a restaurant or had anything like this happen to me. I will never go back to Chili's. I still can't believe all that happed. And, most of all I can't believe the waitress did that to us. Maybe She forgot to take her Prozac or something. And, the manager should have talk to us. She would have found we are just normal, nice people. Not stormed up to our table barking that we abused the waitress. Honey, I work for a bank. I know what it's like to be talked nasty to and do not do it to others in fields of customer service. Never ever ever!

Families and an after-work crowd come to this relaxed Tex-Mex chain for sizzling fajitas and a buzzing bar scene.. In Short
Festive decor of colorfully tiled tables, vintage photographs and sunny Southwestern accents welcomes an all-ages crowd at this informal hangout. Youngsters and their parents pile into dining room booths; casual business types toss back margaritas and watch televised sports at the bar. The menu features mild versions of Lone Star state favorites, from double-basted baby back ribs and steak fajitas to red-beef chili and deep-fried onions.

TRY THESE 2 ITEMS!. I have been to this Chilis many of times. I even got my Mom hooked on it! When you go make sure to try the Tortilla soup, soooo much better than Macayos! You should also try the Buffalo chicken sandwhich(comes with ranch on it). It is Huge and you get tons of fries( which are also awsome). Definatly a two day meal for me! Just make sure to get a little extra buffalo sauce and ranch on the side AND a togo box with sauce cups.......
