My Favorite Place. Free Wi-Fi, Great selection of books to read, quiet yet friendly environment what more could I ask for?
A great way to spend a Sunday.
Ever since my days back in NY I have taken refuge Sunday mornings at a B & N bookstore. What better way to escape the intense Az heat? To put me in the mood I will generally begin with a delicious cup of Chai and a chocolate biscotti. From there anything is possible. Perhaps it's just relaxing with the Sunday paper or a magazine. Maybe it's lazily perusing the aisles looking for something new to pique my interest. Should I need a brief respit I head over to the music section where the selection ranges from Hip Hop to New Age to the Mamas & the Papas. Their box set collection rivals anything I've seen elswhere.
By this time I may be feeling a tinge of hunger which I can quickly vanquish with a cream cheese filled pretzel and of course a cup of coffee. By mid afternoon I am ready to return home after my strenuous Sunday...no doubt to take a nap. I love B & N
