Incredible preschool!. Spirit of Hope Montessori is by far one of the best educational environments that I have ever known as a parent and as an educator. Love this school!. I love this school! Spirit of Hope Montessori is the BEST preschool in Peoria! My son is four and has been with Rick and Colleen since he was three. We plan to keep him at this school through kindergarten. Rick and Colleen are like family to us, and the other members of their staff are wonderful too! My son gardens, cleans, does yoga, etc. while getting a wonderful academic education as well. He started to read consonant/vowel/consonant words when he was 4 years two months, and he is writing and adding as well. If you are looking for a preschool that will benefit your child, I highly recommend this school. A foundation for their future!. My daughter attended Spirit of Hope for 2 years and I only wish I would've gotten her enrolled sooner. Mr. Rick and Mrs. Colleen allowed me as a parent to understand how unique, intelligent and independent children can be. There was never a time where my daughter expressed discontent but grew to invest pride and joy in her work. I recommend this school to everyone! We loved it so much that when we moved we couldn't bare to remove our daughter from this amazing learning, and love driven environment.
