My husband and I went to Treasures to purchase our engagement/wedding rings. Neither of us have ever had such a wonderful experience in a jewelery store. Any maybe that's the difference.. this isn't just a 'store'... what Scott and his team offer is a personalized service. Karen was assigned to our project, and she took care of us from the beginning, thru to the end. We found that all employees are highly knowledgeable, in fact, through the process, taught us alot about stones, quality, what to look for, made recommendations and suggestions thru the design phase, and beyond the final delivery... it was a terrific experience, and still is. All karen's colleagues were also excellent, each and every one of them recognizing us when we came in.... in fact, if Karen was out... we were just as well cared for. Above all, Treasures stand behind their decisions, recommendations, and products... there's truly no other like them... that's why they have been placed first, for so many consecutive years, in the state of Arizona.
Cons: They close at 5:30pm, and are closed on Sundays

So many of my friends have been burned by either mall jewelers or internet stuff. I found a jeweler who has been named top designer in AZ and still beat out prices of other stores for me and all of my friends. I will never shop other jewelers after finding Treasures.
Pros: Price, Quality, Service
Cons: not more locations
