a great place to shop and to work. I worked at Thrifty Joe's in the 90s and it was one of my favorite jobs of all time. Excellent source for all things rare and obscure. Unfortunately the Nevada stores closed years ago, but people in Arizona are fortunate enough to still have theirs. We miss ya!

Call prior to going to Thrifty Joes to sell books.. Call BEFORE going there if you plan to sell books. You will thank me for this advice! They only buy books when it fits their needs so call and ask first before hauling them all in there.
