Extremely Loud People. Food is great, margaritas are the best you will ever have, staff is nice. The only thing that I don't appreciate, is that if there a problem with loud people, the staff doesn't care about the rest of the patrons in the restaurant. There were at least 10-15 people complaining about this one table, the staff said "They are regulars". These people were trying to purposely upset all the rest of us!!!!!! I feel that myself, and the rest of the patrons were not important enough for the staff to talk to these people. I saw a lot of people get up and leave. I do not ever want to go back to this establishment!!

uck. So I'm not sure how this place scores a 9.1 currently. I am very harsh on Mexican joints since I happen to be hispanic, so this place is not safe from my critique. I only went once, since once, is all it took for me.....I just wouldn't recommend this food to anyone. I don't know if it's the shabbiness of the interior, or the lack of good flavor in the food, but it just isn't for me.

Fast, great flavors and cheap!. Just finished dinner there for two. Machaca beef is some of the best I've had in a long time between AZ and NM. Tacos El Carbon are excellent as well! We tried all the salsas at the salsa bar, each one was full of flavor and very fresh. We were unable to pick a favorite--they were that good! Service was incredibly fast. We had barely enough time to get the salsa before the food was ready. And it was fresh and HOT! A great place for the casual meal!

one of the best. when my dad first brought me to here. i was amazed at how excellent everything was. i go there all the time and i suggest it to all my friends. very good authentic food.

Just so good!. I was introduced to Caramba by my fiancee because a friend of his works there. After one visit I was hooked. The service is wonderful, the atmosphere is relaxed and the food is delicious. I recommend the Chicken Cheese crisp or the Big Caramba Quesadilla. And since I've been going there I've only discovered more and more people who eat there regularly. Give it a try, I'll almost guarantee you won't regret it.

i keep going back. i'm so impressed with this place, i wish i had the idea first. the food is great, the salsa bar is excellent and the people, yes real people, that give you real service, are wonderful. i eat there 2 to 3 times a week for lunch, and have never had a problem or had to wait for my food. if yor in this place longer than 20 minutes, your with a friend and just talking, enjoying your budweiser.

best value best food. this has to be one of the best mexican resturants for the price! Large portions, food prepared daily, and the salsas are excellent. The staff is helpfull and friendly. Try a margarita specially mixed everyday by the manager, or get an ice cold beer right out of an ice bin at the counter. It gets crowed almost every night, but the line moves quick and food is always out in less than 15 min. I even got a party package for a bargin comapred to the chains.
