Horrible service!!!!!!. I give this place zero stars! The wigs may be quality, but the service is horrendous. I went in to try on some wigs and was willing to pay for each wig I tried on, but the woman there was rude. I told her I was looking to change my hair color and before I could finish my sentence, she cut me off and said "no" as though I was a two years old. Then I said I was willing the pay the $5.00/ wig fee for trying them on and she said "one" with her finger in the air, again like I was two years old! What she didn't know, is I have a family member that suffers from trichotillomania (chonic hair pulling) and had the service been good, I would have recommended her business. This angers me that she like is that in this kind of business because a lot of her clients are sensitive because they have suffered some type of hair loss.

Horrible Service. If I could give less than one star I would.

The staff can be helpful, but they are deceiving. They just want to make a sale.

I purchased extensions, but later that night I tried them out and found numerous problems with the pieces.

I called and explained this to the owner, she had no sympathy whatsoever.

She was extremely rude and claimed that it was no longer her fault.

No customer service!!

I highly recommend going elsewhere to purchase extensions or wigs!

Helpful staff, modern style wigs and hairpieces and free alterations with purchase.. This little shop in Arrowhead Mall carries a nice selection of synthetic wigs in the $150 range. The styles are up to date and owner provides free alteration of the wig cap and will also trim and style the wig to fit. Great human hair extensions too. Excellent choice for chemo patients and those who want to try a new look.
