Beware of the Fat Man in the Dirty Red Shirt. We were greeted by a young man who threw two menus on a table and told us that we had to sit there. The furniture was taped together with duct tape. There was no greeting such as "Welcome to Paesanos" but instead we were greeted with rudeness.

As we waited for the waiter to take our order, a fat man in a dirty red shirt laid his belly on our table and demanded that we turn off our cell phones and put them away. We told him that the ringers were off and we didn't intend to carry on any phone conversations, but he insisted that we needed to "enjoy each other" and put our phones away. He would not leave our table. Since we were both on call, we left our phones within viewing site. He stated it was their restaurant policy that no phones were allowed out at any time. We elected to leave and wanted to pay for our sodas. He refused payment, but chased us all the way out to our car, screaming at us the entire time.

We have no idea what if the food was good or not. But, the attitude of the employees here was enough to make us lose our appetites!

My new pizza and wing spot!!. WOW the BEST wings in Arizona. My lasagna was amazing too. Dennis the owner makes you feel like your part of his family. Sooo glad i discovered this place. It is close to ASU west and convenient for me to grab a fantastic luch or dinner.

changed owners. Changed owners once sons graduated. Things are good and tasty but no longer 5 star for $5 like it once was.

Just like home. having just moved to the area from New York, where there is a geat italian restaurant on every corner, we search high and low for decent italian food in the Phoeniz area. Just when I was giving up we found Paesano's. Great italian food, just like the streets of New York. Run by a friendly family, it has quickly become my favorite restaurant. I just wish they would expand their menue to include veal marsala and other favorites. I would be proud to bring my paesanos from New York here to enjoy the food. worth the waits.

Thumbs up!. One word: AWESOME. One of the best Italian Restaurants I've ever eaten at. Great atmosphere. Fantastic food! Not a large place, but very romantic. If you're in Phoenix and you want Italian with a personal touch you have to go to this restaurant. Did I mention that their prices are extremely reasonable? This place is not expensive.

Sicilian Experience. Best pizza, best food period, no matter what you are in the mood for! The pasta, sauce, bread, wine list....all great and to top it off, prices are the best also! Owners Sal and Vonda are just as Great!
