Worst gun shop in town. Everytime I go in there I feel like I am stupid. I can't get any help unless I'm the only one in the store. They sound as if they would sell a gun to anyone. I know they would have to the Tucson Shooter. There is a girl there that acts like she knows everything thing but if you check out what she has to say it came from a magazine or off the net. She is very rude to boot. Take you business down the road to Randells. Great service and they care about thier customers.

i guess they close at 7:30. I called ahead of time to see when they closed, they said eight. When I got there at 7:25 they had everything put away. As I even just asked about a brand but they just told me they didn't carry that model. I walked around for ten more seconds then figured they were trying to tell me to leave so they can go home.

In conclusion I guess they don't care about customers or their business.

Overpriced and the WORST customer service in Phoenix.. I have been here several times, dating back to when they were in their old building by Circle K. The one purchase I did make there involved less than 5 words spoken to me by the "salesperson", and I ended up paying roughly $75 more than other stores that had the same item listed, but were out of stock. I reluctantly bought it anyway, owing their having several on hand to the high prices and overall lack of interest in helping customers by the staff. The location may have changed, but nothing else has. I have accompanied friends there who were looking to buy firearms, but ended up leaving because we couldn't even get anyone to acknowledge our prescence in the store! Granted, I know "manly men" don't want to have to ask their customers stupid questions like how they're doing, but I have NEVER been in any store where someone wouldn't ask if they could be of assistance at some point. The owner must be independently wealthy, or they make their living off of unsuspecting first time buyers. If I could rate no stars I would; they certainly deserve it. If anybody reads this, you will have a much better experience a mile south at Randalls on 51st and Olive.
