Not good CS or Fix!. This company was sent to us via our Home Warranty company. The customer service was what you would expect if you weren't paying for the service. The workman, a very kind man - albeit not able to complete the job - has been to our house 3 times. Each time, even though the HW was covering, the person on the phone informed us we needed a new work order (we pay $60 for each one). The second to final call, to ask for the workman to come back and complete the fix, ended in rudeness and a hang up. The final was to inform this business that my HW would be sending a new company to fix the problem - at no charge. Again, the phone call ended with rudeness and and a hang up. Thank goodness for a great HW company!!!
