WOW!!! There service has gotten a lot better!!! We have been using them for a couple years now because of our warranty and now they have great service!! I heard they got a new service manager.. Whatever they did it seems to be working! We will be using them again!…

We called this company because their number was on our thermostat. BIG MISTAKE! We should have taken the time to do some homework and we would have seen the horrible reviews.
Our AC went out late Sunday night. We called them on Monday morning and they said they would have a tech out Tuesday between 10 and 2....at 1:45 on Tuesday they had not shown up so I called ....the girl on the phone said the tech was "extremely behind"....I then asked if anyone was going to tell us that because my girlfriend had been waiting in the hot house with her three young kids since 10am. She said she was "about to call us"...I asked what "extremely behind" meant in terms of them getting to us ....She said "maybe 3 or 4" ....I questioned the "maybe" she responded by saying that it could be later...at that point I asked "so it could be as late as 7 or 8?....but it will definitely be today? She confirmed "definitely today". We never heard from them again. Not one call.
We called another company this morning....they were here in an hour....had the problem pinpointed within an another hour and informed us that the broken fan motor is still under warranty until Friday and he is on his way to Mesa right now to pick up the replacement and is coming right back to install it! Brandon from Mintz heating and Cooling is AWESOME! He is located in Queen Creek and his number is 480-213-9201…
Wonderful. I have used them for the past few years and they are so much better than before! They used to have not-so-amazing service but now they are nicer than ever! They know what they are doing and work extra hard to fit your needs. The workers work in burning up heat (one time they fixed my air conditioner in 116 degree weather) but still do not give up.…
HORRIBLE! DON'T USE THEM!. They have rescheduled my appointments then they are late and do not call to let you know the guy is running late. Each time you call the office the story changes. The people who answer the phones cannot even answer your question, they need to put you on hold to ask someone else, this can happen multiple times to answer 1 simple question. How does a company that operates in this manner stay in business?…
Terrible--don't use them.. This company has phones open only from 7-4 and takes a lunch break from 12-1. What kind of service company closes up shop for the lunch hour? The 2 telephone agents I spoke to were terrible: one was stupid, the other was rude.…
