I am new in town and I took my truck this shop that I had never been to or heard of. It was a great experience. They take pictures of the work they are going to do before and after. I have never heard of a shop doing that. It made me feel good to see the work that was done and to know it was done right. I would recommend this shop to anyone

I think these guys are so nice and so honest. They looked at my car thoroughly for free, and gave me a through estimate. They were timely, kind, funny, did a wonderful job on my car, and when I offered to pay for their time wouldn’t hear of it, because they don’t do that. I think I will always go to this shop as long as I live in AZ.

If you look for trust in a repair facility, this is the place. Honest hard working and reliable. if you need repairs this is the place to go.

As usual, your service was efficient, complete and accurate. I especially appreciated the extra touches of washing the car and topping off the freon. This time I had AAA tow the car in to your shop, and there was a AAA affiliated repair shop within 100 yards of the spot the car stopped running. Although the tow truck driver tried to divert me to a AAA shop, I told him I had a long-term satisfactory relationship with Kerry's and insisted on going there.

Kerry's Car Care has been my car care center for many years. They have always taken care of my car and kept it running for 186,000 miles! It still runs like almost new.

Kerry's manager, Bill, greeted me
pleasantly when I walked in. He assigned a technician to my car right away.
The oil change was accomplished easily, though their was a need to replace the oil pan plug and and the oil filter cap, both of which had been incorrectly put back in during previous oil changes, the former at Kerry's and the latter at a shop on the east coast, during my travels last month.

I had a lot of work done on my last visit - my own fault for letting it go so long. Kerry called me twice - once to go over the things I brought it in for and once to go over the other things they found in their front-to-back inspection. I feel so much more comfortable driving the car now - it rides great (new tires) and I know the car will stop when I step on the brakes (new brakes). My family has been taking our cars to Kerry's for years and I trust them to tell me the truth.
