Just an average place to live.

An average place to live. Community club house, private streets, nice pool and jacuzzi, childrens playground and basketball court. Rules and regulations just like any other Mobile Home Park.

A Terrible Place to Live

This is the worst place I have ever had the misfortune to live. The management is completely irresponsible. The tenants are ignorant of the most basic community etiquette.

The lease has numerous rules about noise, construction, and eviction violations which are never enforced. The manager/owner has no idea that she is responsible for adhering to city, county and state laws. I swear, she does even know there are laws governing mobile home parks!

This place is horrible!

• Pros: cheap- as in trailer trash
• Cons: poor management
