Caramba's the best.
An inexpensive no-frills place for lunch or dinner.
Order at the cash register and wait for your number to be called. I recommend the Machaca Burrito for $3.60 (Approx.) or the Stuffed Quesadilla (I think it was $6.50?)
The food is delicious and reasonable.

Great food, no fuss. This is a starting point for this resturant and it is still stong. Good food, great price, and no fuss at all>
