Yes yes and YES!!. Siam is the ONLY Thai restaurant in the valley that I can get awesome Som Tam (Green Papaya Salad), sticky rice and thai beef jerky all at once!! I grew up with a Thai best friend and this is my favorite meal! I really need to try their other dishes.. I highly recommend what I listed to try at Siam!!! Best Thai Food in AZ. Authentic Thai food is a rare find in this country partially because of a lack of availability of certain ingredients and partially because the palates of dinners in the U.S. are not acustom to the powerful flavors that true Thai food delivers. Siam honestly has the most authentic tasting Thai food I have eaten outside of Thailand. If you know what authentic Thai tastes like, you will not be disappointed.
