We had a wonderful experiences with this dealership. From 1995-1996. Today, We went to Sands for help because we are desperate for a trade . We are upside down in equity and were looking for an answer, Due our economic situation, they were unable to help, HOWEVER, Segio and his manager did THEIR VERY BEST TO ASSIST US AND MADE US FEEL SO WELCOME AND they were SINCERE when it came to our problem. They came to our aid. IF ANYONE OF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING THE MORTGAGE CRUNCH, GO TO SANDS CHEVROLET. THE DEALERSHIP THAT CARES.... MR AND MRS AVILA 2/13/08 PS-GO DURING THE DAY SHIFT...

I called the business today to discuss an issue with sales---now the sales manager as he described himself was quite obnoxious and spouted out several times that if I was unhappy about the purchase of a new car I should take it back---after a time I called back to discuss further what may happen if I did take it back---this guy identified himself to me as a Mr. ------ ------. well when I called back to Mr. ---- --- he happened to be a service manager--not the guy I talked to earlier. Now what kind of personnel would use someone elses name like that?? A coward I suggest---the service manager was professional in our discussion & I appreciated that but he couldn't help. Later I talked to another who identified himself as a sales manager---also curt in his presentation---Mr. Sands has not much to be proud of in his sales staff. My gripe was that I received no incentives at this dealership and in fact I am convinced they stole $ 1,000 of my wife's down payment. BEWARE IF YOU GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP---THEY ARE HIGH PRESSURE AND YOU WILL PAY DEARLY FOR YOUR CAR!! DON'T BE SUCKERED LIKE I WAS----YOU'LL KICK YOUR OWN A-- LIKE I'M DOING NOW!!
