Matthew Ranger! It was time to trade in my 2010 Honda Civic lease and I was looking for a white car with dark interior. Matthew worked diligently to assist me in finding the right car. I recently purchased a white Honda Accord Sport and I love it :O) I greatly appreciate the high-quality of services provided to me by Matthew Ranger in sales and Marty in financing. This is one of my better experiences in leasing a new car and I would definitely purchase my future vehicles from Earnhardt Honda.

Went in on Friday to get my Honda CRZ serviced, while there I went a spoke with Terry Burns about my mother's need for a new car and I wanted to get her into a Honda. Terry was very helpful. Since I had more time I then asked about trading in my CRZ the more family friendly Accord. I looked at several.
Brought my mother in the following day to look at the Civic and the CR-V and I wanted to look at the Accord and my trade in options.
Terry was very helpful on all fronts, from test drives to financing options and even to helping to entertain my 2 and half year old who had to accompany me.
Terry made the whole process successful and less painful. I drove away in a new 2013 Accord and my mother in a 2013 CRV.
This is my second time purchasing from Earnhardt and both times it was straight forward and easy. Terry takes the time and makes the effort to make his customer feel welcomed and appreciated.
Terry and really the entire staff at Earnhardt seem to go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction both with the process and the decision.
My next Honda will come from Earnhardt through Terry.
It was time for us to trade in our 91 Sentra on 9/29/12. We were not sure if we wanted buy a used car or purchase a new car. We started by applying online and were contacted immediately by Donald Staples. He made it easy to set up an appointment at our convenience. When we arrived at our appointment, he made us feel relaxed. He asked questions based upon our needs and he selected the best options for us. He sat with us thru the whole process and explained everything about it and all the fine pints of operating the car. WE ended up with a brand new Civic and are very pleased. I just purchased my new 2012 Honda CRV from Earnhardt Honda and was at ease with the customer service that I received. Thank you so much to Art, Don and Marty for making my car buying experience a great one. Art took the time to make sure that I got the car that I wanted for the price I could afford. Don did an outstanding job making sure that I understood all of the features of my new car and Marty made the financing go by without a hitch. They all did a great job! I have a friend that bought a brand new Honda Accord from Earnhardt in April, 2012. She had even paid for an additional warranty. One month later her air conditioning quit working and was blowing hot air. She took it back to Earnhardt and she had a crack in the housing of her evaporator. They claimed that a rock must have jumped up off of the road into her engine compartment and hit her evaporator. They said it was not covered under her warranty. They said she would have to pay them $700 of her own money for them to fix it. Everyone at work told her that this was not right for them to treat her this way. At our suggestion she took the car to a different Honday dealer, Showcase Honda, they told her to drop the car off with them the next morning and they would take a look at it. Within four hours, they had fixed her air conditioning and did not charge her anything for the repair. Where do you want to buy your Honda at? I will not buy anything from Earnhardt because of the way they treated my friend.
It was not my plan to purchase a new vehicle yesterday, however, due to a unfortunate accident (my car burned to the ground) I was forced to buy another vehicle. Car shopping is not usually a fun experience, however I am very pleased to say, that this time it was. The whole experience was better than I could have imagined. From the moment that we walked in, to the moment we signed the papers we were treated with respect, patience, care, and true kindness. We were first greeted by one of the sales managers (Tony?) who directed us to Terry Burns (our sales expert). Terry went above and beyond to take care of us, and created a great experience overall. Terry was very pleasant, professional, and truly cared about the right purchase for us. When it came to the financing we were also treated awesome, and even enjoyed signing the papers (weird huh?!) , I believe his name was Joe. Joey (the owner?) was also amazing. I am excited to say I own a new Honda Civic, and I love my car!!! Thank-you Terry Burns and Honda Team!
Purchasing my new Civic was a great experience!!! All of the staff at Earnhardt Honda were exceptional but a big thanks goes to Elton Edwards! Ask for him if you decided to shop there. We have purchased many cars over the years. This was by far one of the easiest and fastest ever!! Way to go Earnhardt Honda!!! We will buy our next car here.

In all my car buying experiences over the years, there was only one great experience and it happened today at Earnhardt Honda! Over the past couple of weeks, I have been getting prices over the internet from several dealerships and then visited for a test drive and to see if I was compfortable with the organization. In one case the price kept climbing as the salesperson explained the manditory dealer â??optionsâ??. In another I felt the sales person was argumentative and defensive when I asked questions or tried to negotiate. After several emails with Cindy Sigler, I decided to drive out to Earnhardt Honda in Avondale. From the time we walked in the door we were courtesly treated. Cindy was away, but Israel Onofre stepped right in and handled our experience without missing a beat. He was patient and very knowledgable, answering all our questions. When I questioned some of the cost components, Cindy and Kevin Warner patiently resolved all my concerns and I even found an option, that I wanted but had not considered before. All of this in a no hassle, no presure and friendly, friendly, atmosphere. I like the directness and respect for my time. When we got down to finalizing the finances, Marty Callan went the extra mile in helping us find the right solution for our situation. Earnhardt Honda, your great people have earned you a loyal customer!
This was my first time going to Earnhardt Honda and I was very pleased. This was the best experience buying a new vehicle I have ever had. I have less then perfect credit like most these days and I was very nervous about stepping onto the lot and having a sales person not understand my position. Elton Edwards understood my situation and did not judge me. He made me feel comfortable through out the entire process I was expecting to be turned down but had to try. I not only drove off the lot with a brand new SUV but with extras that I was not expecting to qualify for. All the people I dealt with that day was FANTIASTIC!!! Elton, Bill and the finance manager. Thank you all so much!! I would recommend you any day.
