I am so pleased with Earnhardt Honda and especially with our salesman Taylor Southern for making our car-buying experience a very enjoyable transaction. I had been in a couple of times looking at the CRV and Taylor was very knowledgeable but not pushy. My wife and I finally made a decision to go in together and the Earnhardt team was able to get us a contract we were comfortable with. They respected our time, which is very valuable to me. I ll definitely be a return customer.
I thought I'd share!!!!!! I just bought my first new car. I'd say I m pretty happy with my choice! I m in love with my new civic. I would like to thank Brandon Zamora he was a great help and he answer all my questions. overall the car is great, excellent gas milage :) A backup camera isn't the only technology added for 2013. A suite of smartphone integrations comes standard, including Bluetooth, Bluetooth streaming audio, USB input for music, Pandora internet radio and text message reading functions. I love my car !!!!!
First thing I need to tell you is that I was an hour and a half late for the appointment I made to meet Roger Speer, my salesperson. (I did call to say I would be late.) I also want to say that he came in on his day off to take care of me. You should know that being on a limited budget, Mr. Speer knew I was not going to be a big sale for him. Do I feel that in anyway this affected his attitude toward me in a negative way, no. He was more than courteous. The car, which met my specifications, not his, was waiting for me. The paperwork was taken care of in a reasonable time and then I was met by The finance person. finance. Truthfully after such a good experience with Roger, I was holding my breath about the finance person. I received no pressure of any kind to buy or do anything more than I wanted which did not occur at the last Honda Dealership I purchased a car at. Here the really nice thing that happened at this point. Because I was getting such a reasonable price on my Honda Fit, I was able to buy a 7 year, 100,000 mile, warranty on my car and not go over what I absolutely had decided I could spend. I even have enough left over to have what has to be done to my old car before I sell it.
Roger, my salesman, is also going to give me a ride out to the dealership so I don't have to take the bus out to McDowell and 99th ave. Thank you so much!

Overall I have no complaints. Buying a car can be really traumatic. Didn't happen at Earnhardt Honda.
Earnhardt Honda is an exceptional place of business. All of the employees were willing to help and get me in a new Honda. Robert Speer and Elton Edwards were the salesmen I worked with and both of them are extremely friendly and do the best they can to get you into a new car at the right price. This was my first time leasing/buying a new car and they were able to get me into a brand new 2013 Honda Civic. I absolutely love the car! It was a great experience. I will be recommending all of my friends and family members to this dealership as well as continuing to take my business there as well. Thanks so much Elton and Robert! :)
After being jerked around at another Valley Honda dealership and was told "There is no where in the state of Arizona" that I was going to find a Civic in the color I wanted I called Earnhardt Honda and spoke with Rafi Jaber. Rafi said he had the car I wanted and he was able to beat the price of the other dealer and he told me there was a $500 Honda rebate that the first dealer neglected to mention. When I got to Earnhardt Rafi was friendly and accommodating but best of all there was absolutely 'no bull''. It was so nice to be talked to like an intelligent person. The entire process was very streamlined and painless and Rafi answered all of my questions. With this level of service and the great prices, I would definitely recommend Rafi and Earnhardt Honda.
I bought my new Blue 2013 Honda Civic from Marvin Dent at Earnhardt Honda. It was a great experience. This is the 3rd car I have bought at Earnhardt and I will only take my car there to be serviced. Great place.
Must say I never really enjoy the experience purchasing a car, but I just recently purchased a CR-V at Earnhardt's and it was a good experience. The sales rep Marvin Dent had great follow through and wanted to ensure the car was the one we really wanted. The entire Earnhardt's team had great customer service. From the moment Chris met me at the doors of Earnhardt Honda until he waved at me as I drove away happily with my new Honda Civic, he was an absolute joy to have as a sales rep. Chris cheerfully welcomed me, pulled out chairs, made sure I was comfortable, and helped to ease my concerns as I searched for a new car. He even assisted in detailing my car to expedite the process. I had just left another dealership, where I had not had a pleasant experience, but Chris and his wonderful manager Chad were able to assist me at a time when I most needed care and concern. Chris is a wonderful young man and a very attentive and gracious sales rep. There was no pressure or “slick” car dealer demeanor. Chris is just a young person ready to listen and serve a customer with his boundless optimism and extensive sales knowledge. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting him and will be eternally grateful to him for helping me transition to a new car with his warm kindness. Thank you Chris and Chad, you are the guys I needed at a time most challenging. Hope to work with you again at the end of this lease!
