Rude Robin. I've worked in the restaurant industry for many years and I am normally understanding of a "bad night" but our server couldn't have been more rude. He said ten words to us at the most the entire hour we were there. He did not refill our drinks and another server brought out our food. my daughter asked the other server for more dressing but did not receive it. At the end of our meal our server ran by and dropped off our check with out saying a word.

With a bright red color scheme, enormous booths and TVs galore (even in the bathrooms), this loud, lively spot aims to make families feel right at home. The creative menu offers 22 different burgers--from teriyaki-marinated Bansai with grilled pineapple to the 5 Alarm with pepper jack cheese, jalapenos, salsa and chipotle mayo. Soups, salads, and entrees of fajitas, fish and chips and Cajun-spiced shrimp round out the casual American menu.

Lousy Corporate attitude, lousy management !!!. The management of this restaurant has no idea what customer service is about. The staff made a commitment concerning a promotion they were running. The manager reversed the commitment a t the end of the meal, and was very rude about it, as well. This used to be one of my regular favorites, but I will not set foot in this place again. A letter to the corporate office in Colorado was ignored. Red Robin sees its customers as a wallet and an open mouth - no more. Do yourself a favor and go to a restaurant that values your business!!!

YUMMY. Not only do you get bottomless soda, but you can get as many fries as you want. The food is great, drinks wonderful, and the MUD PIE is to die for.
