I have lived here for a couple years and love it. It was super clean and freshly painted when we moved in. The pool area is always very clean. The front office is so nice, happy to see you, remember your name, and help anyway possible. There are grassy fields if you have a dog. Besides the pool, there's a small workout room, nice indoor hot tub, and sauna with showers. I love the patio, upstairs. You get an assigned parking place so you never have to worry about finding a spot.
Absolutely Rude Staff – The second night I lived there my car was broken into and my stereo stolen as well as a vacuum cleaner, after being told they had the lowest crime rate in Tempe. I did unfortunately refer a friend and was told the money would come off my next months rent. They moved in and confirmed that I had 200$ of my next months rent and when I went into pick up a package on the day it was due and to confirm this once more, I was told that I would need to wait for them to receive a check from their corporate office in New York and was basically made to look like a liar. So I had to scramble to find a way to get my rent in for the month and had to leave it in the drop box overnight. When I awoke the next day I had a notice of eviction on the door stating that I had not paid rent. When I went into the office to find out why this was, the lady in there was SO RUDE and didn't even take the time to listen but curtly told me that I hadn't paid my rent despite me saying that I had. She finally checked the drop box and low and behold the checks and money orders were all there. When I told her she needed to watch her attitude towards me she said she didn't have one and when she asked what my apartment number I replied shortly, due to the frustration with whole situation, and she retorted with "You need to watch your attitude". I said, "Excuse me?" and then she said, "Get out of my office" Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with office management. I guess that's what you get when your rent is the cheapest you can find in Tempe for the square footage. Remember, you get what you pay for and I would hugely recommend you look somewhere else unless you want to be lied to by office staff.
Cheap – This place is cheap, the staff and managers are friendly, the apartments are a pretty good size. But it is dirty and you might have some rude neighbors.
