This is by far the worst security company I have encountered, wholly due to their obviously lax hiring standards. I live in a condo complex (Biltmore Square) that is patrolled by them, and while some of the security guards do their jobs--making the residents feel secure and keeping the riff raff out--ONE guard has to ruin it for the rest of them. I don't know what his name is, but he is the creepy, lonely looking one who takes his job way too seriously. Anyone living here and reading this will know exactly what I am talking about. I have spoken to numerous neighbors who have had the displeasure of encountering him as well, and they all feel the same way--he treats the residents like criminals. Instead of actually doing his job, he literally follows us around, watching us, making sure we don't break any rules. When walking through the parking garage, I feel like I am being stalked. I won't go out alone at night anymore because he makes me so uncomfortable. He makes me feel unsafe and I will be reporting to his superiors immediately.
Pros: None whatsoever
Cons: One unprofessional, creepy guard who ruins the company's name
