This bookstore is fabulous! They have a wonderful selection of everything from books to DVDs to rosaries and First Communion dresses. You'll find everything you need under one roof and a very friendly staff to answer any questions you might have.
Everything a catholic needs. I moved from Texas 6 years ago to Az. I used to shop for my religious products at our local church store. When I moved I was sad because I thought I would not have anywhere to shop for my weekly holy cards and statues that I love so much to collect. I stumbled upon this Beautiful place in tempe and I fell in love immediatly when I walked inside. A young woman greeted me and was so heplful and polite! She showed me around the store and was available for any questions that I had. They have the best selection of religious goods there that I have ever seen. The Communion and baptism selection is amazing and I can not wait for my son to recieve Jesus next year because I know where my one stop shop will be! Great place and I try and visit at least once or twice a month. They always have something new for me to pick up!
Worst customer service. If you are a minority expect to be followed in the store.. I am a Catholic & a Knight of Columbus. I have been to every religious store, gift shop and parish store in countless places in the valley for various reason either on a personal visit or on council business, I have never been to one of these store and experienced the worst customer service I have ever had. I came in a quiet Saturday afternoon. I was asked several times by the attendant if I needed assistance, Me and my young nephew were in the store for maybe 45 minutes or so and we were approached by the same man(dark hair kind of heavyset late 40's) and asked very rudely if we were going to check out now or be there an additional hour . He said he needed to check out his receipts. Fair, I thought to myself must be closing tme. they close at 5 it was 2:30. he walked us to the register & i asked him if he was closing he said no. we spent maybe $45 in the store. we left feeling intimidated and racially profiled. I could not in good conscience recomend this store to anyone who is a Christian. The attendant who worked that day did not represent in anyway the sign on the front of the store. CATHOLIC book store. I will not recomend this store to any Knight. Jesu Vivat
